Clarity

Did you ever have a feeling that you want to go,
And still had a feeling that you want to stay?

The questions sounds to be real and questions our clarity of mind. Many a times we find ourselves in a situation where mind and heart seem to be struggling to reach clarity. The boundaries overlap with one another and we fail to distinguish which is which. A decision in such situation sometimes proves vital and has profound effect on our life for it decides our future. There are plenty of examples in our life when we regret to have committed a mistake or delayed in executing a decision else we would have been somewhere or something today.

Clarity is very important to decide something otherwise the decision may not be fully implemented. It requires us to have clear cut principles in life as they are the guiding factors when we come to decide something. If we are without them or deviate from them, we find ourselves at the crossroads without knowing which way to go. People like Mahatma Gandhi had those guiding principles which always brought him to the light of clarity. His two principles of truth and non violence have brought us where we are standing today.

We need to set our principles in the first place. Second, following those principles is not easy. They require dedication, sacrifice and patience. It is only much later that the gleam of clarity penetrates the dungeon of our mind.

Tiger

Delicate manners reminding of Rosy in Guide
Soft and compassionate voice with ethereal smile
The gentle look of the beautiful and unfathomable eyes
only proved his calculations were right

Tiger is a precious jewel of Punjab
The fabled rich land of brave Sardars
Tough tiger possesses a temperamental mind
A sensitive kind heart lies under the tiger skin

You forget yourself when tiger talks
Giving you a feeling of the divine presence
You feel blessed when tiger is around
I guess, it evidences enough the boy is not yet blind
