Princess and the boy

Princess doesn't know how much the boy loves her
Hardly a moment passes when he doesn't remember her
Though she is a princess and the boy is unfortunate
He is full of will and ever ready to stand the test

There is nowhere the boy is going
He is standing firm when the wind is blowing
He is surviving on the memories of his princess
And hopes someday she will inquire how he is in her absence
